Velocity pitching program
These classes are designed to work on increasing the core strength, lower-half explosiveness, and arm strength while using age appropriate, and measurable training methods. Each session will include a set of softball pitching drills that work on incorporating strength, speed, and stamina in each pitch. This program is for all ages who are serious about training to compete at a high level.
Max of 10 athletes per session.
